Collaboration Tactics - Tutorial Main screen offers information about our Unified Communication Databases For this tutorial, we will explore Videoconferencing Services in Collaboration Tactics Select the LOGIN to Collaboration on the right side

Collaboration Tactics – Main Menu The main menu is setup for Collaboration Services, Systems, Vendor Profile databases and a selection of White Papers As indicated on the main menu, the first thing you need to do is make your selection just by clicking it Select the Videoconferencing Services database As always, Help is just a click away

Collaboration Tactics – Make a Selection, Enter the Password There is a brief description of what is covered in this database Your selection is checked As indicated, the second thing you need to do is Enter your Password, then click SEARCH If you would like to scroll through the definitions, you can do so on this screen or  subsequent screens

Collaboration Tactics – Your Search Results The search found the one trial record in the database Your choice is to make a selection or Search a Different Database If you click on the highlighted vendor name, Glowpoint, you will be taken to the Service Summary report which gives you the details on Glowpoint Video If you click on Search a Different Database, you will go back to the Main Menu Selection screen to start over For this tutorial, click on GLOWPOINT

Collaboration Tactics – Product Details The Videoconferencing Services Summary report lists the details about the service Your choices are easy: COMPARE This Product in a side-by-side format with other services SEE Previous Choices already in your side-by-side – once COMPARED, you’ll need to REMOVE the product Print off this Summary or save it as a PDF Look through the definitions Start a new database search For the tutorial, let’s click COMPARE This Product

Collaboration Tactics – Side-by-Side Comparison Product is positioned in the second column next to the field names. You can:                       move products Left or Right or just Remove them when you have more than one selected                                      just select the product again and Compare to try the Left/Right/Remove option                               the triangle can collapse the entire section to one line, click again to bring it back
